Find out more about the 'racing tuned' sounds unbelievably close to fluff/bollocks. Especially as lotus offered 190bhp not 180.

Obviously harder to sell on if its recorded stolen, also need to know what damage has been done to it during the theft.

Not really my cup of tea, but if the price is right and you want to hold onto it a long time it might make sense.

Didn't think you were in the market just yet though?

good price - Id check out what 'lotus tuned 180bhp' means though - dosent sound like any kit/offering Ive heard of...and if it was really done by Lotus it would be to 190VHPD spec...and hed be wanting a bit more of the £10K he paid for that back IMO !

if u mean the car then im a bit sceptic about it. wouldnt like to think my car had been stolen/recovered.

how easy are they to steal?

lol Rob, when I said dodgey I meant the car. I'm not trying to force mine down anyones throat!

Elises barely ever get stolen. In fact almost not at all. So not only that, but you've got some claimed engine mod, but the guy has no info on it (going by the other thread). Wouldn't touch it personally.
