fitting a 160 throttle body help needed

hi guys i think i have seen a site on the net detailing how to fit a 160 throttle body?
cant find it now!!!
can anyone give me a clue on how easy the tb is to fit or the link to the site

very easy to fit, fitted one and a new induction kit in an hour last week. Used the same instructions posted above.

A must do mod, no more sticky throttle!!
