short shifter , 160 throttle body and insurance

Should these two items be declared as mods? Im guessing they are but are the insurance company even going to understand what these changes will make to the car? Im bloody sure they will charge me if I tell them about them.

I havnt actually fitted either yet but probably will in the next couple of months.

by rights you sould do.

The fact is they wont give a toss especially as they give no performance advantage.
