I am an emotional rollercoaster.

I have been a little tired of my elise of late - as it is my only car I am starting to yearn for a few creature comforts, and I fancy growing up a bit and getting something with a bigger engine (all my cars have been four pots in various states of tune).

Fair enough you may say, but saturday draws near and saturday is the day when I'll be meeting my potential new wife - a BMW ZM Coupe. I know the styling divides people (and causes some aggression as I recall from a previous thread) but I think it looks the dogs danglies and I like its rarity.

There's no questioning that I would be happy with the BM - it's just that I might be unhappy without my Elise. I parked her up earlier, looked back and fell in love again. But this was after a drive when I was cursing having to clamber into the seat.

Pros and cons of the BM:

Pros:
I like it
It's a great drivers car
It's comfy and fairly practical
It's well built and reliable
I'll be able to go away for weekends without using my gf's lap as a luggage compartment

Cons
It doesn't handle like the Elise
It isn't convertible
I'll miss her
My PH name will be redundant so I will have to become Breadvan or suchlike

Help me please! I need words of encouragement, or a hug at least.
