Newbie - S2 111s Owner

Hi,

I've just had my black s2 111s delivered and I am extremely impressed by the build quality and ride. For anyone putting off buying an elise (like I did for so long), buy one now, you won't regret it!!!

If something falls off on my first long journey tomorrow I may have to repost.

Thanks, I've been looking at everyones elises on these forums for a while, from the standard model through to the new 111r and I think they all look great.

I think it was constantly seeing other peoples 'pride and joy' and getting info/opinions/experiences from posts from this forum that made me convinced I should get one. Hopefully the 'stealth' colour will make me invisible to speed cameras

Well, I have had my first journey to work in it now which entailed a 60 mile round trip ( A roads, B roads, back roads, M56, M6). It was dry and sunny on the way in, raining all the way home. However, on all roads and conditions I loved every minute of it. The feedback you recieve back from the car is amazing plus my suit still looked respectable at the end of the day.

I can't wait to get back in it.

This is absolute torture I've still not got a definite date of delivery for my 111r, I spoke to the dealer again on Saturday and it should come in towards the end of this Week! they said that last Week ???
