also thoughts on a x3 anti roll bar

No comment on the shocks.....

Re Anti roll bar... for me it changed the car... It didnt really need it and most of the time I run it at the same stiffness as the standard one on my S1 111s...
The only time you need more alternatives is for specific track use and then you need the knowledge or experiance of what setting to use when.

Its not a upgrade I would recomend unless you are trying to address a specifc problem, if you do install one I would go for an adjustable version so you can learn what is best for you.
