I can say from personal experience, that the surface you're parked on will be perfect for practising "getting the back out" when it gets damp

all at slow, safe speeds too!

An American said: nice whip

An English type would say: I admire your choice of automobile dear chap!

Very very beautiful and a fantastic colour, but then I'd have to say that coz mine's the same!

Well done, take care and enjoy, you won't regret it. Do you mind me asking how much and where you got it?

Cool rear difuser, anyone know who does them? Do they help high speed stability?

Hi,

I bought it privately from a fellow Lotus enthusiast. It is a MY'99 standard S1 and it had 8,120 miles on it when I bought it this summer. I paid £12.5k for it.

Thanks for all the kind comments. I will probably go for Nitrons once I've finished the VVC conversion.

The diffuser was designed and made by me. Doesn't make any difference unless you run the car a lot lower but it looks pretty cool.

I can do the whole VVC conversion for just less than a grand. If you can tell me of another way to get 155 bhp for that sort of money I'm interested.

Also it's appealing to me as I want to put the car back to standard when I sell it.
