Cheap insurance on elise???

sorry for another boring " i want cheap insurance" thread but im thinking of taking advantage of having a lotus dealer within our group. but im young, which is allways a problem. ive got a kit car at the moment and fancy a change!!

Can anyone recomend a good insurance company??

have a look at tesco and elephant, they both gave me good quotes. I am with tesco at the moment but will switch to elephant when its renewal time. Elephant were cheaper but i wanted to keep the ncb.

Search forums for all the companies... as with all insurers, it's "think of a number" time, then add a multiplier, add another number and times by 10... or something like that.

Things which will help you if you're young:
- Full NCB or at least 3yrs
- Garaged
- Good postcode
- Limited Mileage
- Some discount with an older driver on the policy (try a quote on elephant with just you, then add your mum &/or your dad on it and see if that pushes it down - my old dear knocked £150 off the quote!).
