Clutch judder

Hi guys
Got a annoying little problem that seems to be getting worse. In the morning or from a cold start i am getting alot of judder when pulling away, It gets better once the car has warmed up though.
I dont do racing starts and havent noticed any slipping of the clutch. Its a S1 with 32000 on the clock and has had the dreaded red hose replaced.
Any suggestions?

My S2 has exactly the same problem - when it went for it's first service the dealer couldn't find any problem though. It does judder really badly sometimes and a quick shift into 2nd seems the only way past it but only does it when it's cold.
