Driving gloves - OK or a bit village people?
Discussion
Hi Guys and Girls,
Great weekend - clear blue sky, sun shining, dry roads and a fantastic blast in my 'liz - bloody cold though!
Now this begs a serious question - I'm nice and warm and toasty once the heater is up to speed and I've got no problems wearing my bobble hat. However, what is the general consensus with regard to driving gloves?
My hands were freezing! Are driving gloves ok or would that be a serious driving fashion faux pas?
Mmmm
Your thoughts on this serious matter are kindy appreciated

What you need is a pair of winter Skydiving gloves.

Get yourself some "Sparco" karting or motorsport gloves, then you can wear them on your next trackday!
Indeed. That's what I have too - a pair of blue Sparco karting gloves. Just about warm enough to keep the cold at bay and plenty of grip & feel.

i adjust my grip slightly, 1/4 to 3 rather than the preferred 10 2 2 position and get nice warm mitts.
