coolant problem?

i noticed a small puddle of coolant on the road directly below the return coolant pipe wear it leaves the rad (nearside) i have removed the bung and i belive its coming from the pipe or the jubilie clip?
but trying to get on the end of the clip with a screwdriver is hard to say the least! the reason i think this may of happened is i had a play with a new shape M3, and was racing the engine quite hard!!!
But is this a common prob and is there a tool which will help? i think if i had split the hose coolant would be pissing out? and its not that bad. i drove it home and didnt loose more than 100ml, HELP would be champion, as my baby is parked up again!

jubilee clip leaks are very common - but it could be many of the clips or the bleed valve on the LHS return pipe.

I'm afraid with the clam on it's a screwdriver job, yes.
