Hi guys,
Well i did enjoy the day, i had a great time and really did learn a lot, found what a monster of a car it really is, met 2 guys who own vx's and i was quite imperessed when i drove them, but i would never buy one.
I highly recommend a day, great fun and learned alot

you want to go for a 4 person airfield day - goto www.carlimits.com to book ...Jan is a good time to do one - if it rains then you can get some invaluable experience of the car in the wet...and it dosent waer your tyres down so much

Interesting criticism on the vx board. Complaints about being left alone to drive around in circles by yourself etc. Not something that bothered me particularly as all the things he teaches require a lot of practise which to be fair he doesn't need to be in the car for.
Gotta book another day soon.
If my Elise is back on the road by the end of January i'll definately do it. Wont hear from the insurance until tomorrow about how long things are going to take. I suspect being xmas things will take a while. Also they have to replace armourfend which may take some time to get it booked in to do that.
