not hot enough?

Ive had the return hose from the rad pop off, so i fitted a new clip, i think i bled the coolant system ok? but when i run the car up to temp it will not run passed 94/95c so the fan does not cut in? this cant be write? any idea's would been great!

quite normal unless you've been running heavily, then stand in traffic. It's remarkably hard to get the elise above about 98 on the stack.
