Put a zip tie through the end of it and you will get it back on your key ring!

You can buy replacement shells for those alarm fobs on ebay for just a few pounds, complete with the rubber tag

I have put both my meta keys/fob through the washing machine a few times now by mistake, and they both still work, I would have thought that type prolonged submersion in water should have ruined the delicate circuitry??!
