Cant believe my luck

Bad luck that is.
Driving to Bristol this morning to drop the car off at Williams for an A service when I suddenly notice the temprature is up to 120 and rising fast. Pull over and check the coolant reservoir which is completely empty.
Look down and there is a huge trail of green coolant leaking out all over the hard shoulder and lots of steam coming from the radiator.
AA came out within an hour and towed the car to Williams.
Fortunately it sounds like it was just a hose which has come off the radiator but I wont know for a few days if there is any other damage.
Got to williams about 30 minutes before it closed so didnt have time to go on the test drive in the S2 Exige I have booked although it was too wet to have really got a good impression of the car anyway.
Get back to Cardiff and realise that in the excitement I have forgoten to take my house keys off the fob so have to do some covert breaking and entering into my own house.
All in all not really been a very good day and Liverpool are 1 - 0 down to Man U.
I'm not holding out much hope of wining the lottery tonight.

i got nose badge robbed on frday and they made a mess of doing so, noticed a nasty great chip out of front clam.
saturday involved going to the game to watch my beloved reds get beat and gerrard disppear for the first time in years!!!

ing hate weekends!!!that happened to me with my first elise at about 4pm on x'mas eve in the centre of norwich (bear in mind that i live on the s.coast)...
AA man rocked up and did a very good job of pretending to be a vet by sticking him arm through the wheel arch up to his shoulder and getting the hose and clip back on just by feel... apparently the AA guys in Norfolk are well used to the Elise S1's and the infamous 'cheap quality coz nobody can see it' radiator hose clips...
No permanent damage though!
