Does anyone on here have an s2 exige with the performance pack? Or has anyone been in one?

Do the seats have the inflatable lumber support? How comfortable are the seats compared to the normal S2 seats?

Sat in one with the sports seats on Saturday and they are superb. Seem very comfortable and supportive.

Then again any seats would feel comfy after my standard S1 seats.

Did you notice if they had the inflatable pump thing which pumps up the section in the small of your back?

Is it really going to tip the scales on the decision on whether to buy or not?

Yes! I'm just buying seats though and not the whole car Can't afford to take the hit on my car at the moment. The dealer wanted an additional £16k for me to change my low mileage 52 reg S2 for an exige - so I'm looking at various upgrades and keeping it for the long term.

Yes, I drive an exige s2 with performance pack, there the pump and work!
The seats are more confortable, compare with my old elise mk1. I did 6000 km in six months, and I drive the car for more 400 km in a day. Any problem. And I'm not anymore a young man.......(50). They are great!

I also have the performance pack in my Exige and the seats are definatly more supportive and comfy than the seats i had in my 135R. However, i don't use the lumbar support.

just had a thought that the Exige seats are embroidered with "EXIGE". It may give your S2 an identity crisis, if this is an issue ask around as others may know of a seat which offers the same qualities without the embroidery.

got 111r with touring pack, comes with inflatable support, but as seen earlier, I don't use any air. I have noticed a marked difference in seat width, right down on the squab. In 111s and lower, they just were not wide enough for my hip bones, and my arse just did not touch the seat. Did like the Exige seats so much that I asked how much they would cost to be fitted on my new 111r...........£1500 I dont like them that much. Have you priced a set of 111r touring pack seats?

The Lotus trim shop will trim the Exige/340R seats exactly how you want them, you can have whatever logos you want on them.

www.hangar111.com act as agents for the trimshop.

Performance pack seats don't work for me - driven S2 Exiges with and without...I'm 100kg and enjoy weight training, so my back/butt are too wide for them. I didn't get anywhere near enough support and comfort to be viable...

Happily the Touring pack seats were A1, and it's easy enough to have a harness fitted, so no worries! Didn't feel the need to inflate the lumbar support in either!

Are you sure you get different seats on a 111R when you order the touring pack? I just ordered one with a touring pack and nobody mentioned anything about different seats.
