Black bumper bit on new Elise??!

Just wondering, does anyone know why some of the new Elises have a black rear bumper like this

And some are colour coded, like this

Is it to do with a certain 'pack' ??

Yes it is to do with certain packs, I know the Club Racer is one of the packs but not sure which others also have it.
