You could try Autotorque,

Having phoned all the usual suspects and they were cheapest for me.

I think you'll do well to beat that quote. Most policies will have a high excess because of the car and your age. Try Elephant - they seem to be kinder on younger drivers.

elephant were £400 cheaper than anyone else for me. it's a 10month 'bonus accelerator' scheme but still a good deal i feel especially as it means i'll get a full year's no claims in 10months, thus helping my next premium

I'll second AutoTorque - cheapest for me, but still in four figures for my 111r, with no track cover.

Hi, try Bell Direct, sister company of both Elephant and Admiral. They were the best for me (£400 full comp.). You can only but try. Let us know how you get on as my insurance will be due in the next few months so i'll will be looking at which companies are currently the best.

Adrian Flux gave me a terrible quote, it was a £400 excess and £950 for the policy, and I'm 35 with a clean licence! Direct Line were best for me at £698 (for a 111R).
