The battery ran flat when I was on holiday, managed to jump it but it went flat again pretty quickly.

A mate helped me jump it again, but he had the leads the wrong way round on his battery

The car won't start at all, lights come on, then stay on and a fault light is showing.

Is the ECU knackered? Looks like a trip to Lotus I'm afraid

I'd try a new battery first. Once they are gone they are usually gone for good.

May need a new alternator now. If you get the polarity the wrong way round it can blow your alternator.
