Use the 111R a daily car so needed some extra storage. So ordered a cargo net for the rear bulkhead. Not that big and not that expensive at £13+. Original estimate was 20 mins to fix and so Westover would do the fitting for nought. (Very nice of them).
Took the car in last week and after 5 mins they came back out and explained that the passenger seat had to come out, as well as other bits to get the thing fitted. So the new estimate was 90mins.
Car went back in today at 08:00. I left at 11:45, after having parted with the better part of £119.

So what started out as a £20 option turned out to be a 6 times more expensive option.
Unless you really need it, put up with a bag on the shelf and leave this option well and truely alone.

I think I would've told them to keep it! That's ijust outrageous! If they'd said they would fit it for free they should've fitted it for free.

Robbing barstewards!

Are you talking about the little net that goes between the seats on the rear bulkhead? the one that you cant reach unless you have several more joints than the average human?

I should have left you the keys to my car, at least you could have listened to the stereo! If you could figure how it works you could have done me a favour!

it was the same with the net on the S2 when it came out - seats out and driling job....£100 to fit a £20 net so you could use the 'shelf' in the rear bulkhead....cancelled it at the time and bought a £5.99 footy boot bag from JB sports...with a zip top it was a perfect fit for the 'shelf' with the added advantage of keeping all your junk in it, then being able to throw it in the boot when parked up

get the side pockets - they are useful for nick nacks and you can fit them yourself
