I'm now the proud owner of a second-hand S2.

Bit good aren't they?

It was in the classified on here for a while;

PTP head
LSS upgrade
ITG induction
Black OZ wheels
etc.

Need a trickle charger - says in the manual to get it from a Lotus dealer, but can I just pick any old one up from Halfords etc.

Why do you need one? Surely the battery should be OK?

Was told that if not used weekly the battery will flatten. Only got it as a weekend good weather car so it might not get used enough.

Hi well done enjoy. In the depths of winter I use trickle charger. You can get a sealey from Halfords for about 15 quid. They had super duper automatic metering thingy ones, but not worth the extra 30 quid!!
