K-Series Engine mount

Have read somewhere that 3.5kg can be saved by replaced the rather large existing engine mount on the O/S with a Rover 200 mount. Also heard that it prevents the engine from moving around too much during cornering etc. (I know Eliseparts do one for £270+...)

Has anyone done this? Is it a straight swop? How much needs changing? etc.
Anyone got one they want to get rid of?!!!

I am about to put my engine back into my S2, and wanted to do this before hand...
