S2 IACV

Hello,
After 2 weeks of thinking about it (and figuring out how to do it - thanks to GREENV8S for advice on torx keys!!!) I finally took my IACV of my S2 after some erratic idling, pre warming up.

I cleaned it with carb cleaner and loads of black stuff came off, but I was wondering, the bullet looking thing - I read somewhere that it was brass... mine was black and looked like plastic, does sound right?

There were also 4 torx screws not 2. DOes it sound if I have a non-standard part? or are both these things normal for an S2???

Ps. the main thing though... it the rev needle thing was almost static at 1150 and then down to 900ish when warm

Same as mine, bottom torx are a little tricky - got to be careful not to drop them.
S2 are different from S1 I think.
