S1 Foam Seal on corners of soft roof

My elise leaks real bad in the rain all due to two visiable gaps at the front edge of the roof where it meets the doors. Looking in the elise manual it seems to say some "Foam Seal" is supposed to be there. Does anyone know anything about this and where you can get replacements or what is a good substitue. CHeers
