Cost of an Exige

hello to all those exige owners out there.

i am thinking of purchasing one, and could do with some answers please.

could u please tell me how reliable these cars are, the costs of the tyres, and very important, how many miles do you get out from a set of tyres.

- Reliable if maintained well
- Tyres, depends what you fit, 048's will be £600 ish
- Tyre life depends on the type of tyre, how and where you drive it. For example is it just going to be something you use at weekends / on track / daily drive ?

so are you saying the tyres are £600 each??

A set, depending how you drive you could expect about 6000-9000 miles

Depends entirely on whereabouts you are as local labour rates vary. Also specialists are often cheaper than dealers and sometimes more knowledgeable.

Depends on whether it's an S1 or S2 Exige.

Edit: The S2 doesn't have a cambelt.

Every 36k for a cambelt or 4 years, I had mine done at Steve Williams for £200 I think at 28k.
