Annoying things on the roads
Discussion
Every day of my life I am forced to add another name to the list of people who piss me off! - Calvin (and Hobbs)
It occurred to me that most times I go out for a cruise through the country, I will encounter something that utterly annoys me. I hereby vent my spleen for the day in increasing order of annoyance:
1) Speed cameras mounted on motorcycles in a place where the sole aim was quite obviously revenue and not safety.
2) The bloke who rides his horse and cart for 5 miles down the A327 at <10mph during rush hour when it is impossible to overtake.
3) The apparently legally blind driver who could easily killed me this morning by pulling out without looking, seemingly taking no notice of any other cars.(I was thankfully in a 40 mph zone at the time and managed to scrape by) He justified his ineptitude with the statement "I was driving 30 years before you were bl**dy born". I then ended up stuck behind him somewhat slower than the horse and cart. (This comment is by the way, not a general criticism aimed at older drivers.)
I am sure others will have me beat so go for it....
