Guess this has been done a hundred times...

I noticed there's some decent offers on ITG / Janspeed from Hangar11 - the site mentions Elise MK2 on the offers page, does this include the 111R as the exhaust is routed differently, right?

Also, which one would you guys opt for - Janspeed or Quicksilver? I'll go for an ITG at the same time...

Got to do this as the one thing that's missing from my R (aside from a supercharger) is a decent exhaust note.

Do Larini do one for the R? They definately do one for K-series jobbies (which I have on mine) and I am so impressed with it.

Worth a phonecall if nothing else!

Sorry I can't be of help on the other ones though!

Couldnt agree more Tony, the Larini is in a league of its own. One the larini web site there is a pic of the system coming out for the toyota powerd cars but no price yet, well worth a call to see. I have heard all three (Larini, Quicksilver and Janspeed) on the rover cars and i think the Larini is the best overall combination, sound good under power but wont deefen you at cruising speed (60-70+mph) the other two are more boomy and are loud all the time, Imet a chap witha janspeed who had just done a long motorway trip and he said it was too much and couldnt hear that well after.

All our local 111r and exige boys and girls have also commented on this and are looking into the Larini as well, i will post if they hear anything.

Of course i would say that as i have a Larini system on my car!!!!

Something else... There's a new Janspeed 111R exhaust - anybody have any experience of it?

I thought you were getting a Stage 2?

I'm perfectly happy with the Stage 1, great sound IMHO...

Yes, you buy them direct.

Phone up and talk to Neil (and tell him Tony Hetherington, the guy who just bought a tail pipe recommended you).

I'll be ringing him in a couple of weeks for his decat pipe, you see....

Dont see why the group buy has to be for any one specific item.
Just the fact that we would order x number of bits from one source should be enough
