Hi All,

A few of us are now interested in making a purchase on an exhaust / induction kit.

Therefore, it makes sense for us all to pool together in order to receive a discount when making a bulk purchase.

So... most recommendations and good reports appear to surround the Quicksilver and Larini - other choices include Lotus Stage 1/2 and Janspeed...

I vote for the Larini having read some stuff today - 111R version.

I’m probably going to hold back on the induction side for the time being unless the discounts are so good I cannot refuse…

If anybody knows a contact at Larini, would they mind running this by them - assuming the Larini is a popular choice from us lot...

Any takers?

Rob.

I'd love larini for my 111s but at the moment too many other things i need / want to spend cash on. I'm also looking at induction and one of our local lads piooly does a nice induction kit i'm thinking of getting. see it here

Engy you flirt. Seriously though, listening to Just1's Larini sound yesterday - wow! As he said - it is the daddy. Lets seriously make a plan here.

I phoned a dealer today asking about installing a Larini for the 111s. I was quoted £363 incl vat (£370 ex vat direct from Larini) then £126 to install. Perhaps this gives a starting point for negotiation.

they charge £13.50 to send the exhaust.

Great, thanks - good start... Sounds like a reasonable price... Hasn't someone got a video of a Larini?

Look at the thread on advice on getting a Larini - the link is posted on one of the responses.

Very funny clip though.

I'm interested. Larini for 111R. Will be dependant on what sort of discount we actually achieve though.

Larini should give a pretty good discount if you explain the situation to them. Give em a ring.

I already have one by the way, and it's lurvely

Has anyone cross posted this onto SELOC and possibly even MLOC ?? More we get interested the greater the potential discount

Re the videos; click my profile and you can see the links in there.

I did make a funny one (How to fit a Larini) but also did three comparison videos of before and after - which I'm sure you'll find more interesting (if less funny )

I have just spoken to a chap called David at Larini. The info is as follows:

111r exhaust is in final testing and if all goes well, will be available in a few weeks.

The S2 exhaust - clubsport is the one to go for they say, is now available in round or oval tailpipes with / without cat bypass etc.

Normal price £370 ex vat

S1 Clubsport £296 ex vat
Sports £350

They will offer a discount - typically
10% for 3 exhausts
15% for 5 exhausts

They will discuss larger numbers, so lets get together on this.

Nice one! Thanks for doing that Shangani. If we can get more than five interested then it makes it worthwhile I guess. If we can get it cheaper than if we got it from a Stealer...
