Knock at the door yesterday at 5.30 - "sorry mate just reversed into your car" Runs outside to have a look, some idiot decides to do a 3 point turn right outside the bloody house (junction only 10 yards up the road)!

Offside rear wheel scratched & scuffed
Rear quarter panel scuffed by his bumper - this will polish out once it stops raining!

No other damage i can see, question is could the rear wheel have been knocked out of alignment etc.. Seems to drive ok

Is it worth someone having a look?

Cheers

If it was my car, it would be straight into the Lotus dealer for a check over and a price up for a replacement wheel. You are lucky the guy reported it to you, lots don't.

Be thankful the guy stoppped. Someone managed to drive into the front of mine cracked the front clam and drove off.
Really Pi$$er is that it happened in my works car park and I more than likely know the person. If I find out who ever did, a can of paint stripper is going to be the order of the day.

I would second the suggestion of getting it to a Dealer to inspect, just to be certain that the damage you can see, can be easily polished out. And to ensure there is no damage you cant see

I agree - a can of paint stripper over whoever did that!
