Just got the SM1 suction mount kit from www.b-hague.co.uk/camera_suction_pads_vacuum_mounts.htm
Had to scrape the "E L I S E" lettering off the rear window to make the seal last more than 15 mins, now OK for over hours.
Looks like this; www.hankscorpio.net/trackdays/2005.10.15-Bedford/bh_05oct15.074.php
You'll need something to cover the camera microphone if filming roof off (Rycote gustbuster) else it sounds like this; www.pistonheads.tv/clip585
Enjoy !

I use that bullet camera, a £7 suction mount from Maplin and a homemade mic housing (mic suspended in an old plastic bottle with holes in it, with a polishing mitt stretched over it). Works a treat. Camera normally lives in the front grille, but the mini suction mount gives you unlimited options.
I have a two piece Hague suction mount for other video jobs, but there's nowhere flat enough on the Elise to use it.
Gruffy

I would have gon for a bullet cam and external mic as first choice except my camera doesnt take an external audio or video sources.
Only picture I have of the mount is big pic in original post or this zoom [pic] http://photos.fotango.com/p/eba00528530f00000021.jpg [/pic]
