I am up for another blast especially if early and not too wet. I guess no waking up in a pool of my own vomit then....

Start at 8, across the 350 and back via zig zag hill, back for breakfast by 10 at Pier Point.

Can everyone do this?

Shouldn't you go even earlier to miss the traffic? - I got tired of horse vans on the 350. Richard got all the clear roads during his stint.

In principle I am definitely up for a run.

On a sunday morning, it will be reasonably quiet at this time. Too early for church and too early for anyone to be out of bed.

I love Croyde, coolest place in the UK. the 377 from Exeter to Braunton is about the best road.

When you go give me a shout!

Im the goatboater variety but not one of those out-of-control numpties that slides down the wave sideways taking out several boardies on the way by, well not always anyway...and I always apologise after if I do

You say 'proper' surfer, does that mean you sit out back bobbing up and down in a £400 wetsuit chatting with your mates about hair gel and camper vans making halfhearted atempts to get on a wave every 15th set?
