exige s1 engine reliability

im currently in the market for a lotus exige s1. could you please give me info on the reliability of the k series 190 engine. eg, piston reliability etc, and any general faults, cheers

varied really - try www.exiges.com ...the 190VHPD isnt reknowned for being the most reliable...head gasket failure is the main problem on the K series on older cars
