new exige....no insurance!!!!

Hi, im new to the site and have just bought new o6 exige....as this is a 3rd car and have no NCD for it cant get insurance at a reasonable rate........any suggestions?

I use competition car insurance who give a large no claims discount by mirroring the NCB I have for my everyday car. Very competitive price and includes 4 track days per year

Ive used AON Esteem. Works like a classic car policy; you don't need NCD but you don't earn it either, plus milage is restricted. Still worked out the cheapest for me though.

Also try elephant.com, online form with an immediate quote. They will also mirror your NCB .

In order of my preference the last time I phoned around to mirror my daily drive NCB ... (just for fun bang your details inc NCB into www.confused.com for a one stop hoover-up of he retail insurers).

thank you for all your replies! Rang Aon Esteem today, was surprised to find out that they wouldnt insure me due to the fact i have not held insurance for over a year for a high performance car...tried the other way giving partners details and myself as a named driver, again they wouldnt consider me!.....best quote ive had is from Direct Line..! Only thing they require is a tracker......
