How much was in there originally? If it was well over the minimum mark then it could have been lost through the overflow pipe when the engine was running hot - do you spend much time in traffic?
Otherwise it could be a gasket in the inlet manifold, keep an eye on it, if any more is lost it's probably worth getting it checked out. Just make sure you don't run with less than minimum in the tank.

It's normally on the minimum when cold, max when hot. It's dropped below minimum lately and has needed topping up once in a while.
How would a gasket in the inlet manifold make it lose coolant?
Ive just replaced the inlet manifold gasket last week on mine. A severybody has said, just keep an eye on your coolant level, engine temp.
I noticed a small coolant fliud leak on the garage floor, checked all the hoses, fine, couldn't find the leak? Called the AA and the coolant system was put under pressure. Then we spotted the leak. The car was then taken to the garage and after further investigation and £179 later the gasket was soughted! so its not always the head gasket that goes!
Keep an eye on things mate.
