I use Road Angel, but it does not show speed of road that you are on, only your speed, I believe the B2 does, and I think this would be a big benefit. Other than that, no gripes with the RA, colour display does not match dash lights (blue/orange)

I use the RoadAngel 2 after my RA1 was stolen, both systems are good and shop around online to save some money. If you speak to BlackSpot directly they will probably price match. They also gave me a massive discount and free 3 year subsription after buying my second unit so top customer service.

Why doesn't someone market a GPS based unit that the user could program in speed traps instead of a downloadable subscription service?
That would be more useful to me as the sites of favourable mobile traps set up by cruisers and cruiser/aircraft could also be user input.

You can with the B2. You can add your own hot spots / traps to the supplied db.

Have a look at one of these :

I'm very tempted at £99. And it does the mobile cameras (ie the ones that get you) which the RA doesn't. And it has free lifetime updates.

I have a NAVMAN iCN 520. Sat nav package but you can download UK speed camera sites for free.

Great piece of kit and way cheaper than a RA

My vote is for the Origin B2. Installs neatly and works a treat. You can just see where I have installed it in my car in this pic - it's under the radio, in the "glove box" cubbyhole:

Have used my dad's Snooper S4 on a couple of occasions, really good - tells you the speed of the road etc, lets yuo programme a new site. Only trouble is it's a little quiet for my S1...

Sounds almost too good to be true. Will be very interested if you do buy to here what you think. In mean time will try to check it out.
