Basically I live in Seville, Spain. (I'm English) I can walk to work, so reliability isn’t a great concern.
I have always wanted an Elise and now they are becoming more affordable. Seeing as the engine comes from a Rover I should be able to service it? But what is life like with an Elise and can I get away with mail-order parts if needed? Any advice / ideas, please?

Have done two Stelvio trips in Spain and they were bloody amazing, better than the Alps any time. Quite simply you'd be mad not to get a Liz with all those wonderful roads just waiting to be driven.

Try here http://usuarios.lycos.es/egosprint/club_lotus.htm or post on the Stelvio mailing list at http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/stelvio_or_bust/
