Wanted S/S 4-2-1 Manifold

Wanted S/S 4-2-1 Manifold to stick on S1 111S
Prefer Eliseparts but consider EBD, Janspeed etc.

Currently running ITG Maxogen intake, sport 160 throttle body and Eliseparts exhaust. Manifold seems to be the next logical upgrade considering the flexi downpipe is knackered. Still running a CAT but considering the alternatives!

I welcome your thoughts and comments on this, especially those that have gone down the same route. My understanding is better breathing, bit more torque and power and a better sound?
S/S studs no good with Ali head?
Better to get an engine steady bar than a flexi part in the system?
