Tires, aesy to find, "cheap" and a good comparison...

This link I use sometimes when I need new tires, it comes in many languages and they are in many countries.
You can use it to compare, and when you know the price where you can get them for, you can order them by
them, or deliver them on the place you wanted the tires, or use the knowledge to haggle with your tire dealer!
Also with many tires there is a test coming with them...so easy to see what you need most for your liking.
I wanted to look for example for "normal" tires on a S2 Exige so not semi slicks and was looking for a good
allrounder and not that expensive.
Strange thing when you look under the GB flag, I could not find them?(GT Radial Champiro 50 and 45)
but in German and NL you can, just clik on the flag of your country to see where they are and what tires the can deliver in what garage or at your home.
On front its 195/50 R16 and on the rear its 225/45 ZR17
the fronts cost 56,-euro each! and rears 88,-euro each!
thats 2 fronts and 2 rears together for just 288,-euro...around 195,-gbp
for 4 very good tires! on your Exige, they also look good I think.
It are the GT Radial Champiro 50(195/50 R16) and the GT Radial Champiro 45(225/45 ZR17)
from independed test the are one of the best! and for a very good price!

A friend gave me this sites address a while back and they do seem to have some very good prices, but I have always wondered how hard it is to get them fitted?
Can you just take them to local tyre place and pay for them to be put on or do they get funny as you didnt purchase from them and charge a stupid fee just for putting them on?

Yes they have a list off garage holders where you can order them to bring, then bring your car and you only pay the fitting...
And there are also some tire fitters(no kwik fit) who will fit them for you, at normal fitting and balance price, but make that deal before you bring it so you know excat what it cost you!

The UK and other site are also in the link I mentioned, just put the mouse(arrow) on the flag of the country you life in, and you see where they are and what tires they have for that country...
