Better than mine! I had christmas shopping at its worst...
Simply standing in a long que in fat face. I had been there for about 10 mins and as a bloke and I had joined at preciceley the same time, I was a gent and let him go first. For some reason this enraged the chav birds behind me. I politely explained that I was not que jumping and I had ben in the que for quite some time and was simply allowing this guy in first.

5 mins later she opened out on me. She was obsessed that I was que jumping, questioning me as to why I would allow the guy in front of me and complaining I had a large amount of stuff to pay for.

At the best of times I am not known for my ability to deal with morons so I let fly.

As she left the line with her "tail firmly between her legs" she tried to insult me by saying "my grey hair looks silly". Hold on. I am approaching my mid '30s. I have spent xmas stuffing my face and I have spend the last 3 months on a commuter train. I am 2 stone over weight. I was wearing old jeans and a fleece that is older than my relationship with my wife and she has the limited imagination to make a insult about my hair? Presented to her was badly hungover "hammeredsh1t".

As she stomped off out of the shop, I shouted for everyone to hear "and you have a fat arse". The "neuclear" retalitation. Yay. I have been sniggering about the look on her face since yesterday

My xmas shopping is frustration at online retailers not discounting the LCD TV I was hoping to buy.
No way am I going to physically go shopping in amougnst the horde of people that besiege shops, like locusts.

DAFL! Except...... We need a new sofa and some chairs for our holiday let so 'hi-ho, hi-ho off to the sales we go'. But I managed to sidetrack us into MacDs for a treat for the kids and when we came out Mrs T decided we might as well go home.
(Gotta think up another avoidance tactic for tomorrow!).

I was in Sales Hell, trapped in Castlepoint's car park

Anyone experience the pandinmonium last Friday ? Wife wanted to take stuff back to M&S and was in her car with our 3 year old.... I'd had a blustery morning's golf in mine so asked if I'd babysit. Went to leave she went one direction and got out in about 10 minutes I went another and went nowhere for about 20 minutes... couldn't even turn around ! Ending up re-parking my car and wandering around the sales I didn't want to be at, looking at things I didn't want to buy just waiting for the traffic to sort itself out.. Arrrggghhhh. Never again.

On the plus side I think a lady BOLOC spotted me and waved.
