Anyone running this setup? If so, what De-Cat pipe are you using?
Thanks

You will damage your hearing over extended use. The stage 2 on its own is bad enough, especially in the winter.

I did think that,
I suppose
Colder, damper air so better charge and bigger bang.
Roof on so noise is kep in the cabin...

Would it make much difference?

Richard????

Power increase + noise.
Drone from the stage 2 may get annoying.

De-cat pipe plus std rear box would be better...
Maybe if you're brave go for a stage one...
but definately run the lotus motor sport de-cat pipe.

Stratton Motor Company can get a LMS de-cat pipe same day and out to you next day if you decide to go for that one....

Tim.

Noise. The air is denser and soundwaves propagate easier. My car's stage 2 is very loud in summer, in winter it can become physically painful.

Edit: I don't take the roof off so that's not a factor between the seasons.

For a 'yota engine, I wouldnt bother with a lotus supplied 'zorst. Build quality is terrible (mine lasted 14 months, 2 months out of warranty) and they weigh a ton (tonne?). Have a look at 2bular.
