For those who didn't get black flagged for noise, it was good, although very wet. It's a good place to do a wet day, plenty of room for spins, and there were loads. I saw quite a few spin in front of the pits.

Felt sorry for those that were excluded but it would appear that despite the warnings given by LOT prior to yesterday some still didn't refit their cats.
I had an absolute ball and a good few spins in the morning (including one in front of the pitsthumbup - I'm a crowd pleaser me!). I really did learn a lot yesterday too - enough to avoid any spins in the afternoon although I was travelling quicker than in the morning. I'm actually able to get on the pace now for parts of a lap - still yet to string together a decent lap though. I'm going to keep trying so you're going to have to keep putting up with me wink
Those that didn't go missed the sight of an RX8 that decided to take up hill climbing at the end of the mainstraighteek
(Hope the damage isn't too bad and the guys will be back).

I thought the fuel run was great, I didn't know you knew so many good roads around Bedford.biggrin

The RX8 was lucky not to bury himself in the bank, I hope he's OK>

It's a real shame, and I hope that somehow it can be rescued. Whilst it's not the most exciting track, it's great for learning about the car and practising new techniques.

I can fully understand why Paul and the LoT team may choose not to continue to go there if the noise limit is so strict, and I'm sure if they do make that decision, it'll be with a heavy heart. I've had some great days at Bedford, and some excellent socials before and during. Aug Bank Holiday won't be the same without the LoT day frown

Shame for MSV too.

well I guess they are just enforcing properly the limits that have always been there due to council/locals complaining..

im glad I had that quiet exhaust fitted a couple of years ago smile

...another reason not to have a lairy exhaust and decat if you want to stand a chance of doing any trackdays, I can only see it getting worse frown
