I also have the Friday feeling.

If you could have any three gadgets from normal cars on your Lotus what would they be??
For me it would be.

Heated seats - Leopard skin thongs + Lotus seats + Winter = cold arse.

Control of passenger window on driver side - Arms to short to reach across.

Key fob that could put the windows up after you have exited the car - Esier to get out of in garage with window down.

I'd like some Leopard Skin thongs if anyone knows where I could get some? Always trying to find ways of making myself look even the slightest bit un-attractive? I know an absolute impossibility but I do try

I would like a heater on a timer like you find in Range Rovers so when I came out the car was nice and warm, I would also point one of the heaters at the gear knob so it was nicely warm too.

I would not mind some of those bonnet mounted guns and side missles as well which you can find on the Jag Piers Brosnan drove in Die Another Day, I dont think they would be useful but certain add to the presence the car has

The 'gadget' engine from a Ferrari 430. Trust me, it's a gadget. It counts.

A storage box with flip top lid between the seats to put cassettes in.

A wicker hamper that can be lashed to the mesh on the back of the Exige, like really old cars. The food would be warm on arrival at picnic site.

There's my wish list.

a remote key fob that worked more than 3ft away from the car.
headlights that illuminated the road ahead (soon to get this with HIDs waiting to be fitted)
window seals that actually stop rain dropping in.

other than these, absolutely nothing from a eurobox would benefit the elise.

I'd settle for a heater that
a)works

b)doesn't need replacing at massive cost because it has rained or you've washed it (imagine!) and some water has entered the crappy badly designed POS unit

A teleport, as far as I can see it would be the only way of getting in and out of the car in anything remotely resembling a dignified manner. wink

Bit too big for practice to make a difference (at least if the roof is on)!

I am not quite that tall ( 6'2" ) and can get in and out easily and quicky, just not in a dignified manner. So what is the secret? Is there a difference between S1s and S2s in this respect?
