Windows Rattling - HOW TO FIX????????

Just wondering, my windows rattle horrendously in any position but fully up which is great at the moment? Also they are a bit tight in putting them up and down, used silicon spray lube on the runners etc... any one now how to stop them rattling????? driving me crazy!

Can sometimes be fixed by taking off the door card and messing with the railings/fixings in there for the window mechanism. But chances are you'll just make it worse, or fix the rattling but cause major leaks when it rains

thanks mate, not the most easy to understand, bt will print it off when i take the inside door cards out! sounds like u found the answer thoooo, cheers
