So I thought i would put in TUS into the number plate finder. Imagine my surprise to find My reg number on there. Even more surprising is to find they have offered me a sum of money for it??

Well as yet I have had no offers made to me. So does this constitute a Lie? I would think so.

So we have a company offering to sell something that they dont own having stated they have made me an offer. I am really P***ed Off by this.

So where do I start? Pistonheads? Trading Standards? The number plate company are obviously not going to be receptive to me complaining as they are already Breaking Laws.

I even paid a deposit once for a plate A 70TUS only for them to tell me later it wasn't available. I was well miffed.

Have Emailed both Pistonheads (Haymarket) and Eric Verdon-Roe. Had a response from Haymarket this morning who are going to look further into the subject for me.

Grinners thats almost my Plate you were trying to buy. I did think about getting a friend to enquire and see what response they get, I.E. if they are told its available and can you send a deposit?

I will keep you updated regarding any progress.

Pleased to say that thanks to staff at Pistonheads and Haymarket. The reg has been taken off the website.

Big Thank You to those involved.
