I am now planning my sticker pattern for the Elise. Le Mans is just around the corner and I am keen to tart my steed up.

Who has stickered their Elise before? What pattern did you go for? Any tips or issues you faced (the inverted rear of the Elise strikes me as a problem area)? And most importantly any images to get some inspiration?

Finally - who is coming to Le Mans this year?

I'll be there. Just ordered 2 PH Le Mans stickers. Those coupled with the "group" that I'm going with's sticker will have to do.

I think it is generally a good idea to make sure that your car has had a good waxing before putting the stickers on - makes removal easier when you get back (not just easier, but prevents damage to the paint too)

Thanks for that. I was planning on giving her a very good clean before application.

Yup, LoT in the same section. biggrin

We're heading (from Scotland) via Newcastle/Amsterdam, hopefully arriving late Wed afternoon. Abbeville trackday Monday on the way back!

That sounds like a very enjoyable trip.

Due to work commitments I am pushed for time this year but hope to really draw it out next year, perhaps go to the 24hr race at the ring (end of May), then tour Europe ending up at Le Mans for the main event

I LOVE seeing the pics of peoples' decoration efforts at this time of year. Given I'm FAR too far away to attend this event myself, it does get me into the spirit somewhat living vicariously through you lucky to$$ers wink
