I think some guys on SELOC have sold in recent months to legitimate buyers from France.

There is A LOT of RHD elise arriving in France for a few months.

Keep in mind that the euro is currently very strong against the pounds, and that it is impossible to find a good LHD elise for less than 22-23 000 euros, so to buy a RHD in uk can save till 10.000 euros.
a lot of buyers start to think that for a 10.000 saving euros and for a week-end car, to have a RHD is really not a problem.

So just check a way to have the monney 100% sure and that's all...

Yep, sounds normal to me. I had a number of enquiries from Europe when I was advertising my Ferrari 308 recently and sold to a buyer from Paris. Clearly, the current exchange rate makes our cars more attractive right now!

Indeed, plus there are people that can convert them to LHD I believe, at a reasonable cost.
