HI,
i'm a newbie to Lotus and finding the standard wheel tight on my knees.

I am thinking of swapping the wheel for a flat bottomed one.

Can anyone recommend a particular wheel, preferably that retains the centre horn push.

thanks
Andy

I solved this problem by putting a spacer between the wheel and the boss, bringing it closer to me. That lets you put the seat further back, giving you more leg room.

I bought the Sparco flat bottomed suede wheel with snap off adapter from Eliseparts.com.

It has a little more leg clearance when in.

Here's a pic of my OMP Superquadro. Huge improvement in feel and control over standard. Use the Eliseparts adapter and your original horn button. £100 online.
