Lotus specialist South Wales

[newbe]

Been lurking for quite soem time here, trying to pick up a few valuable nuggets before jumping in with 2 feet.
I've found a elise i'm interested in but as this is my first dip into elise ownership i need some professional advice.

Can anyone recommend a specialist in South Wales near Newport who can offer an honest, relaible and fair price for a inspection report?
