Thinking of getting some stripes on the Elise.

Seen the sort of thing I am after in one of the Lotus Club magazines a couple of months ago (but now can't find the damn thing!)

Basically the design is to paint around the front air intake and then take a single stripe up the bonnet (like the design on the 60's Lotus racing cars).

Need some pictures to show the local body shop - can anyone help?

I'm bias but I think its the best design for the S1. Lots of people have said it looks good, go for it.

Luciano Curti's beautiful S1. Lotus had given him a colour match to the original scheme.

I saw the most perfect S1 in the paddock at Brands a few weeks ago for the historic festival. It was in dark green but with a yellow mouth as it were, no stripe and with the old fashhioned press-on number plate letters and numbers in the grill a la old Elan. It looked absoultely stunning.
