Very cool

I saw one racing at Lydden and followed one down to Goodwood the other week.

If I had the garage space I'd definitely get one

That's got the track splitter/wing and it's registered for the road... I didn't think that was allowed?

In any case it's BLOODY nice smile

very nice...Im awfully tempted myself when I can drive again smile ...I would have to have a Type 72 paint job like my old car though smile

I spent a day driving them last year - easily the fastest, best handling "out of the box" Lotus.

Technicaaly speaking they don't comply with SVA regulations, like the taller screen but can't see me ever getting pulled over considering the things that get stuck on Corsa'e etc. Not part of an MOT test so hopefully I am safe.

Understand Scott at B & C is having one made in that colour scheme, it should look fantastic. If you check out the 2elevenforum.com there is one painted like a Type 49 which looks lovely too.

LotusSport are very close to introducing a power upgrade for the car to 272 ps. I noticed a definate increae in liveliness when I fitted a 2bular GT3 full exhaust system so the combination of both should push the power over 280ps which should make the car really fly. But I bet it won't be cheap!

Yeah, I know Scott has his, in fact I think hes in Spain right now, with Jo who has the Type 25 one-eleven..both are mates smile

The power upgrade sounds good....although I am wondering just how far they can go reliably with this engine.....it didnt work out at that tune for the racers....mind you I guess that was just the development work on the race cars and what they are for smile

With 280bhp and 780Kg it should just about be the power to weight as my old car smile

I´m also thinking about a 2 11

Were selling our Corsa and buying a Bmw as a main stream car so we really don´t need our sportçs car to do anything other then have fun. My only issue is getting in and out of the car?

Oh well wait for the Eagle then make a decison

Adios I´m on holiday in Ibiza so can´t stay on long
